Question CDR-24 powering down and resetting.

Has anyone had issues with CDR-24 powering down and resetting itself? Here is the scenario that happens. 1)sound fades 2)PORSCHE displays on radio, it appears to fades in and out. 3)radio will turn back on 4)i have to reset my menu options for BASS-TREBLE-LOUD ON-GAL ON each time the radio resets. The odd thing is that the radio keeps the radio presets. This will happen while listening to the radio or listening to a CD. It is now occuring 3-4 times within a 15min interval.

Anyhow.. i have scheduled to take my car in for warranty repair on Monday. I will keep everyone posted on the findings.

On the way to the Porsche service dept the radio shut off 8 times. We the technicians were troubleshooting it it would not shutdown. Finally when they tested it the next day it finally acted up and shutdown. Dealer is ordering a new radio they say its on back order from Germany... Anyhow looks like just a faulty radio. however the tech's at first thought it was the amp.
