BTA 1500 Problem

Has anyone had trouble being able to talk to someone on the receiving end? I can call out on my PCM via the bluetooth connection, but the person on the answering end can't hear me. I tried to call my landline answering machine, and it won't register a call? Everything else seems to work fine. I wonder if it is a bad microphone? I guess that wood be the best case senerio. I hate to think I received a faulty unit. I made sure that I had the latest firmware and the plug in connections were solid. I don't think there is anything wrong with were the unit is placed. What is real wierd is that the first call I made went through O.K. Does anyone have any advise?

Sorry to hear that, so far mine works well, the only complaint I have is the time it takes to synch up my phonebook each time I enter the car, but I'm sure that will be solved with a software update at some point.
