Help with Sirius and Parrot

My local Car-fi stereo shop was supposed to have installed Sirius radio and a Parrott 3200 all day today and I get a call at 3:30 saying they can't due to being an 08 Cayman with Bose set up.

I know I have read articals and people on forums getting this done....

Do they just not know what they are doing or can you not place the Sirius radio and Parrott in an 08 Cayman that does not havethe PCM but has Bose speaker system??
