Wow! The RUF 3400K

This is by far the best looking Cayman I have seen, with the possible exception of that Darth Vader black one for which I have no link.

But this one is amazing. Check the stats and the pics!

No, but Hans at 1-888-783-6872 (at RUF Autocentre in Dallas) can tell you. He sold me my 3600S and is a super guy. None better. Tell him "Hill" sent you.

He broke my heart when he told me they can't retrofit these 987 front ends onto my 986.

Yeah this got announced a couple of months ago, and I'm pretty sure the RUF Autocenter in Dallas has already turned out a couple of these. There will be one at Croctoberfest so if you want to see one first hand, come to Croctoberfest!

I love the fog light in the bumper...same as Carerra, love that kind of front.

The rear on that is horrible in my opinion.

lol - You mean Porsche-like as in boring and understated? Audi and Merc make some pretty cars, and Porsche makes some very purposeful ones, but few can be called really attractive. This is the best front end (by far) I have seen on any Boxster/Cayman/911. IMO, of course.

This front end is fairly reminiscent of the GT3 and the CGT...but better.

Ruf 3400 K Cayman Test Drive

With a car like this, why would anybody who cares about horsepower (this car has 400 horsepower coming from the same displacement engine as the S version) and torque (440 Nm) settle for a Cayman S? In Germany a very nicely optioned Cayman S will cost roughly the same price as this Ruf.

Test Drive:
