I'm looking for a reputable installer of Clear Bra in this area. Princeton Porsche had a Cayman w/full 3M bras and it looked good. I was told around $800. They've been doing if for years on their BMW's.
Anyone else w/options?

I would check with Alan Seligman as 407-927-1900 and see what he charges to come up that way to do either a single car or multiple cars (don't have to all be Caymans), or if he has a recommendation for someone in your area.
Anything ever come of this PACayman? My new CS is coming in a few weeks. My dealer - Don Rosen - does clear bra installs but I'm pretty sure they use the pre-cut method, which doesn't seem to be highly recommended on the board here. Was wondering how you made out considering we're in the same area.
I live in Florida and just had my clear bra installed on Friday. I had the whole front bumper done and the Head lights. Headlights required and thicker film I believe 30mm. The total cost was 500.00. Doing the hood is not really necessary.
Just had it done and they came to my house. Inside the installers van he has a computer and a cutting machine. He puts in the Make and model and the machine cuts the pattern. It took him about 3 hours just to do the front bumper. Its very labor intensive. Also this guy has been doing clear bras for about 6 years. We have a lot of love bugs in Florida and if you don’t clean up there splatter it will ruin the paint. With the clear bra the splatter just whips away.

I got my CS from Don Rosen and made them put on a clearbra as part of the purchase price (i.e. free to me). It looks pretty good. Had the car several months now, and while i wouldn't say the bra is perfect, it's certainly fine.

the guy who does all princeton porsches clear bra work is bill rochford 609-298-6551. go to him directly for a better price, no middle man. he did the front end (full front fenders & hood) of my CS and it's f'ing perfect. nobody has any idea there a clearbra on it and people are shocked when i point it out.

Hi there,
Just to respond, the clear bra (Only 3MM!) is great. I'm getting the same clear on my doors tomorrow. I moved from Manhattan to Savannah this month, and I'll be ..... if someone didn't open their old jalopy door onto my new porsche yesterday! It's amazing how people don't even think about damage to other people's stuff, but what can I say, I guess it's either good parents or not! Just look into 3M clear bra and you should find a dealer that does it there too.
Oh, does anyone have any idea where to get Chrome side mounted air vents??? My car is Arctic Silver and the same color simply blends in too much! I looked all throught the internet but I couldn't find anything. Anyone with 'tips'?
Richard

My main complaint with the Don Rosen clear bra is that the bra material is much smaller than the part (bumper, hood, mirror) so that the line of the bra is fairly visible. From things I've read here, the best jobs will actually have the bra run through the joint between panels. I'm not sure if that's a realistic expectation or not. Don Rosen dealership wants $950 for front bumper, 1/3 hood, and side mirrors. Seems pretty steep.
'ringmeister - any hint as to how much Bill Rochford charges? does your bra run into the gaps between parts/panels or is there about a 1/4" border as I described above?
he wrapped the material around the panels so no visible edges. bill is definitely cheaper than that. i got the entire hood, fenders, nose, headlights, mirrors, rocker panels & behind the rear wheels for well under $2K.
