curious...so what's the status of Techart's case as defendants in the Porsche lawsuit against them for stealing engines and so forth? seems some were predicting their soon demise.

still no resolution to our curiosity. It seems it'd be relatively straightforward to find out whether a lawsuit has been filed...admittedly it's Germany...but, do we have any attorneys out there in the Ether who could verify whether there have been any court filings in Germany with Techart & Porsche as parties?

and IMHO, if techart is shown to have been involved in engine theft, and if Porsche is angry enough, this will not end in a fine, Techart will be squashed like a bug....a little juicy bug.
