I just de-snorked my 2 week old cayman thanks to K-man's pics and tutorial. Those pics a crucial in finding the pin locations. I completed it in about 5-10 minutes with no broken pins. I did notice after the restrictor plate is gone it's easy to push the vent right thru the opening if you don't make sure all 4 pins snap into thier slots.

You found a restrictor plate? I think you meant a baffle plate.
