If you're willing to pay that much for a used engine conversion, why didn't you buy a CS in the first place? I think the difference between the C and CS is about K$8-10. I personally would exchange the Cayman for a CS if I were in your shoes.
I live in Bangkok where the Difference between the C and the CS is roughly 50,000 USD
Also, the quota for CS was Full for Thailand and Porsche Thailand wanted me to wait at least 16-19 Months before i could get the CS so i went with the C which costs 50,000USD lower than the CS.
I'd send a PM to PCA-Tech. He is an expert in engine swaps. I think a new engine costs around $10,000. If so, I'd try to negotiate this one a little lower.

I'd suggest trade in your 2.7 for a CS. There are many differences between the Cayman and the Cayman S besides the larger engine. Larger brakes, beefier sway bars, etc. You'll need the latter for the additional weight the 3.4 brings.
Let me know how it goes, Im in the same situation as you, will need $30,000 to be able to upgrade to an S.
Im in Costa Rica
Can we get the S brake for the base model?
Suncoast has a deal on a complete brake package that will give you slightly better brakes than the CS.

Wow, that much difference! I just think and engine will adversely affect the car's reliability and its resale value.
