Any chance we can get a better connection going on if you know this person or if perhaps it is a new person?

Ken,
You or anyone can get hold of Alan Armstrong at
cayman_s@btinternet.com or
cayman@porscheclubgb.com
He owns one of the earliest delivered Cayman S in the UK, a real nice guy and a great driver. He is registered with the caymanclub, but is quite quiet on the website.
He was flabbergasted watching Terry Tommason's 'Red Dragon', keep 3 works team GT3 cars behind him, lap after lap after lap (even on the high power pit straight) on the Brands Hatch Track, and eat up all the other Porsche pretenders on the track in front of him.
I shocked Alan when he drove with me in the 'Yellow Peril', and afterwards he rode with Terry which blew his mind................ (Terry drives with a rare gusto, that as an old fart, I cannot!)
Part of the 'resistance', may have been that in the UK the PorscheClubGB is 'sponsored' by Porsche GB........... They have rules to follow, and they cannot print/comment on modifications etc, for 2 years following introduction of a new model................
That time is now up, and Terry and I have the most modified Caymans in the UK, which will probably give yours (what do you call her/him/it?) a run for your money........... So we can publicise what we have done, Alan will give us a write up in the Porsche Post.
However we only get a 2 year warranty, mine is up in July, Terry's around March.............
Porsche GB I understand, have a No Tolerance policy, and to be honest when the report is published in the Porsche Post, we are in difficulty, there is no chance to make any kind of a claim if anything goes wrong with our cars................
