Mantissport has developed a rear difusser. First one is out, have pics, will post friday. We have use of wet preg and autoclave. Slow but sure, they will not be BIG bucks, I believe.

I have been waiting for this! I'm in, #3 on your list
Since it's from mantissport, its safe to assume its functional, so I'm definitely in.
Question though, does it lower the bottom profile of the rear bumper? (meaning from a side view, is the bottom of the bumper with the added diffuser become closer to the ground)
i still dont own a cayman yet, but i've been looking at them and researching mods and all. That was the thing that i was strongly wishing they would make for that car to make the rear more beefy. hopefully it will resemble something i have in mind.
Actually Techart released one about a year ago. A CF cover for the stock one. Costs $1700USD It is not adjustable and is basically cosmetic. It is 3k3k/2k2k twill weave dry carbon fiber. Porsche does claim the factory rear apron has a functional diffuser. With that lower gap/strip it does look like it adds downforce if an aftermarket exhaust with enough clearance to is intsalled.
I love your pulley and look forward to seeing the diffuser.
Is yours adjustable?
