A.W.E. Tuning Cayman Exhaust Systems Now In Stock!

Hello!

On the shelves and ready to ship is our industry leading Cayman/Boxster cat back exhaust system.

You will see a dyno proven 11 hp and 9 lb/ft of torque!

Sound at wide open throttle is amazing! One of the purest sounds of all the exhausts we manufacture for Porsche cars. There is zero drone or resonance in the cabin. A 5-6 hour drive will not tire you out or cause your interior components to buzz. We achieved this via the size and shape of our exhaust cans as well as the packing material inside. Please note that this is all done on the premises. We not have outside contractors build our systems!

Here are just a few things Cayman Club owners have said about our exhaust.

Each A.W.E. Tuning exhaust is a combination of 14 and 16 gauge T304 and T321 stainless steel. The entire system is Tig welded and the internals are hand finished. Smoot flow is the goal!

Here are some photos:

If you are looking to change the tips design, we have you covered there as well.

We offer both polish and diamond black.

Exhaust systems retail for $1695 and tips are an additional $395.

Please visit our web site for sound clips and dyno sheets.

Mike,

You should highlight that this system can be used with the stock tips and Y pipe. That is not entirely clear to new comers and there are many folks out there that like the stock tip(s).

Also, if you guys are looking for a testimonials there are many happy users here.

I assume the 11hp and 9tq gains are wheel hp and tq, correct? If so, what would it be in crank hp and tq? I don't know the drivetrain loss on this car...

GB, thanks for pointing that out.

This system can reuse the OEM tips. Our tips are just an option for those wanting something a little different.

Here is the dyno sheet of the wheel horsepower and torque differences.

Take our corrected crank figures with a grain of salt. We don't know 100% what the drivetrain loss it. Frankly, we don't really care. It's an approximation of what we think it is.

What is the most important figure to us is delta between the stock test and the test with our exhaust.

I see people on this never ending quest to find the correction factor, and it just puzzles me.

Anyway, take a look at the graph.
