Source for H6W bulbs? Ebay?

Hi guys,

I am starting to collect the little things I need before I get my car in a month. I have read the lighting upgrade in the Articles section and I was wondering where to get the H6W bulbs to change the city lights to a whiter shade?

I have found this listing on Ebay.

Has anyone dealt with this seller before? Is there a local (US) source for these bulbs I am missing?

Any help Appreciated.

Hello cheerIO,

Are you referring to my articles on exterior lighting makeover ? Are you considering upgrading your other lights as well ?

If you are interested in the Philips BlueVision H6W, it so happens that I have an extra unopened set. If you are interested, let me know.

Cheers !

Hi Kanemaki,

Your articles were great. Thanks.

Yes I am interested in city lights and silver blinker lights.

Apparently I have not posted enough to private message you yet. Please Email me at cheerio69@gmail.com when you have time.

If this doesn't work out, try powerbulbs.com in the UK. I've purchased from these guys for the past 7 years and never had a problem. And they're a little cheaper than the eBay guy.

Thanks for this link. I've been looking for clear/blue bulbs to replace the yellow ones in my foglights.

+1 for Hoen lights, I've used their xenon match titanium recently for a friends' CBR motorcycle and the match is great and best of all it casts a brilliant white, not at all blue light like many of the ebay alternatives. Fast shipping too.

For the city light I use LED. It woks fine. The color is the same as my 6000K HID. I'll take a picture and post it up. Other H6W is still yellow.

I will show you after I took a pic of it. I bought it from VLED but have to do small alteration to make it fit. But it works perfectly after that.
