EVO V-Flow question

I am contemplating purchasing a EVO V-FLow intake but wanted to get others opinions on the unit. I have read all the threads I could find on it but really did not find the information I was looking for.

Can anyone explain to me the advantages or disadvantages of the EVO V-Flow compared to the K&N drop in or just staing stock? Did anyone see any real power increases on a dyno? What were the results? Also, what is its filtering characteristics compared to either a K&N or stock filter, is it more efficient or less efficient at cleaning the air? I have always used cone style "cold air intakes" on my cars but I have never owned a Porsche and don't want to do anything that may likely hurt the engine for only a couple extra HP. Will the filter allow more dirt into the motor and if so, how much more? Has anyone noticeds that their oil was dirtier with the filter as opposed to when you had the stock filter or a K&N drop-in? Is there more surface for filtering on the V-Flow versus the stock filter and a K&N drop-in? How difficult is it to install?

I did some more searching and found one or two more threads that answered some of my questions. The questions about filtering and dirt passage though, I could not find anything definitive on the subject.
