With all the preventative liners and protectors, there is another area of the Cayman that needs protecting, imho. The large silver plastic piece that separates the trunk from the rear deck scratches easily!

I'm pretty new to the Cayman so perhaps I've missed it, but I've yet to see a rear cargo liner that covers the entire area from "trunk" to deck. Or perhaps something as simple as a clear protector for that piece? I don't know what the answer is exactly, other than the fact that I try to be very careful when loading golf clubs and have the cargo net and a towel to prevent damage right now.

Thoughts?

I'm looking for a liner that goes all the way from the cargo area up and over to the rear deck. Or something to protect the silver plastic piece between the liner and the rear deck.

All the pictures I've seen of those pieces you linked to are only liners for the cargo area, not the deck and do not fully cover the silver plastic piece. If you put golf clubs North-South they will at least partially lie on the plastic piece, thus the possibility for scratches.

I don't haul golf clubs or anything that would scratch that spot (at least in the last two years) and I've yet to see a liner that would cover both spots... but one solution I can think of would be to take it to a good clear-bra installer and have them custom-cut a piece to cover it.
