Control Parts.....

The steering wheel, pedals, and shifter.....and i guess some would argue the seat. These are the parts of the cayman that we feel and control our caymans through.

I am definitely upgrading the pedal set through ultimate pedals as soon as K-Man S gets together a group buy for us....but I also want to upgrade my shifter and steering wheel. I will eventually be going with an aftermarket short shifter but the knob...i wouldnt miss getting rid of that right now. seems like an aftermarket boxster knob would work but I havent been able to find anything very cool thats available.

I want to do something with my steering wheel too, but dont want to spend a fortune if I dont have too. I have the standard wheel which i like but I would love to get a thicker wrap or even some color on it to customize it further. Techart and speedart do that stuff but I am not sure what the process is and the cost.

check out this pic...kinda what i am going for....

RR,

I can't really help you out other than by agreeing with you. I have the sport steering wheel, but would love it if it was thicker. My next change will probably be the pedals.

RedRocket,

Look at the Techart.de site. They have a steering wheel mod.
