Lowering a PASM car

Yes I want to lower my PASM, still retaining the same spring caracteristics as standard. I dont want stiffer springs sins I use the car daily and make it stiffer with the Sport/PASM system.

Any ideas? nedd just to go 20 mm front and 10 mm rear lower. Very moderate,

All the best

Not possible to stay with the stock stiffness as it would allow the car to bottom out. I have a 987 Boxster that I lowered with H&R springs (it has PASM). The new spring rates are very good when in the comfort mode, i might even go so far as to say it takes some of the bounce out of the ride. The real difference you will notice is when in sport mode, it is now extra stiff, but works fantastic on the track and outocross! Do it, trust me you won't mind.

H&R lowers the front by another 35mm, so the combination with PASM means your front is lowered by almost 45mm. Part of the front tires must be disappearing beneath the fender.

I am going with Cargraphic springs which lower only 20mm for PASM.

Set of Bilstein Coilovers might do the trick if you have them set at their softest setting. You wont have to worry about bottoming out.

Guys... You are forgetting that Bilstein makes the PSS Damptronic coilovers that are fully PASM compatible. They don't have a physical damper adjuster, but instead take inputs from the car's PASM button. The front and rear can be independently adjusted to whichever height you want.

Not at all, the car looks fantastic and rides great. There is about 3/4" - 1/2", (I would have to measure) gap between the tire and the outside of the fender. i looks perfectly even front and rear, and gives a very nice agresive look to the car without the "slammed rice boy look". You might want to see if anyone in your area has a lowered PASM car and see if you can meet up to look at it and go for a ride. Again, I don't think you will be disapointed.

Looks good on your car with your rims and the fact they are wide out. But as far as I can see, you have maybe 1 finger gap front and rear. If your rims are small and they sit behind the fenders, then it won't look good at all. But now I know H&R springs can be used on PASM cars, previously I thought they could not be.

BTW what are those rims?
