Device to fix video camera

I use such device to fix video or digital camera for taking "in car video" .

Fortunately,Cayman has a "transverse bar " just behind the seat to set video device .

Do you have any other good idea?

I made one based on what I found from this post by STLPCA from that same thread:

"Ditto. I've got the same Ram Mount setup bolted to the luggage stop bar. Works very well.

Ordered from ExpressMounts.com (under $50 delivered)
Parts:
RAM-B-231U (stainless U-bolt base w/1" aluminum ball plate)
RAM-B-202AU (aluminum 2.5" dia plate w/camera thread w/1" ball)
RAM-B-201U-A (aluminum 1.75" short arm w/double 1" dia socket)
RAP-319U (plastic U-bolt adapter)

BTW, my PCA Region will not permit a suction cup mount for DEs.

I adapted it to My S4 but it should mount nicely to the bar behind the seats. Parts were around 40$ shipped : )

Do you get loads of vibration in the video due to the rigid mounting? Examples of such I saw before had a lot.

I don't get much at all. I've used it at 4 DEs and haven't had any problems. The mount that has been recommended by Dan (STLPCA), Drive4spd, and myself has some rubber that isolates it from the bar.
