M's Machine GT3 Body kit

Thanks to all the help from Ken, I am in the process of having the GT3 body kit installed at Champion Motorsports here in South Florida. I hope to have some photos later today but seems that the fit and finish of the base parts are really good. I didn't have the washers and the front tow hole cut into to the nose. There needs to be more material to those areas to have the correct look once the installation is complete. Need to have some thickness to snap the tow cover in and to recess slightly the washer nozzles....not to mention snapping the assembly on the bumper. The car in its unpainted state is causing a stir in the shop. I am really excited to get it back and see what the kit looks like in Midnight Blue.....I am having the lower front chin painted silver to bring that out. Anyway, just thought I would share...!

Glad to hear that Champion is taking care of you and anxious to see how it comes out, I think you'll really like it. It's a shame more people didn't get those last December when they were running a group buy, with the changes to the dollar/yen conversion rates since then the prices have only gone up.

Are you going to get Cayman GT logo decals for the side of the car like mine but in Silver? Amplified Expressions (another sponsor) has those for sale reasonably priced.

Seems I need Ken to format the picture of the nose. Anyway, it is in paint now and should be out and on the road for some additional photos early next week. I am really excited to see it.

you aren't linking directly to the picture itself, only the page it is on which isn't correct, you need to right click on the photo on that mac site and look at its properties and copy the url of the entire photo, not just the page. Let me see if I can do it for you...

Of course if you just uploaded your picture to our galleries here and had it hosted here it would be easier for you to put it into a message like this.

I have looked into the Champion wheels. They look good but I am looking for a deeper rim. Still looking. Should have shots of the finish mods this week. I will post them to let everyone see.

I am looking forward to your completed pics as I might get this kit installed when I purchase my Cayman. I know others have posted pics, but I really want to see a dark colored Cayman from different angles with this kit on (one from the side view to see the roundness of the front and rear bumper).
