I have the New White Caliper Stickers on the way so this will improve the look somewhat Because some of the original white Porsche lettering came off with the scrapping of the Red I had painted them before. This is a 2.7 liter so the calipers came with the original black that you see .I did not like the ALL yellow look so started crapping the yellow off with a Razorblade and accidentially discovered this 2 tone look If you just follow the outer curve line while scrapping it made this 2 tone look . Kinda Farerri looking HUH? I LIKE IT..what do you think ?
Thanks everyone. I am getting lots of compliments on them and I agree with you caygirl This would really look great on the Yellow Cayman as well. KENThese can be powder coated or painted this way pretty easily .I cannot believe how just a little color really makes the car look so much better.. I recieved my WHITE calpier stickers but they are slightly bigger then the original porsche stenciled logo RATS !! I am in the process of Painting just the black part with some VHT Flat Black I like the Flat look combined with the glossy Yellow For some reason it Creates a great contrast with the shinny wheels I have .I have 3 of the Calipers done already here is some pictures of the one finished side..Looks Tighter
No, if I went yellow it would be a yellow caliper with black painted letters, and last I checked it was either a wasp/hornet not a bee, since a wasp/hornet can sting multiple times...

I never knew a bee could sting only once, then what? :P

A bee stings once, and then it dies.

RE: Stinging only once. This is true for a honey bee (and only when stinging mammals, not other bees) due to a barbed stinger, but not a bumble bee, whose stinger is not barbed. I was stung once by multiple bumble bees as a kid, multiple times, no barbs. I spent the next day in bed mostly heaving.

That is a good Question .Any Other custom Powder coated or painted calipers out there??? It appears that the S model owners are reluctant to change their caliper Color .Do we all like Red That much? AAHHH I know the S model loses 50 HP instantly without the red calipers ...thats it.
