Question Steering wheel ?s / Feeler

When I bought my boxster it came with the Makassar Steering wheel, shifter and e-brake. I wasn't the biggest fan of having it but I got a good deal on the car.

I just got a replacement wheel on order which should get here next week and shortly after I'll swap them out.

So questions: what would the combo go for?

also any specific tools required to swap them out? I've done some wheel swaps on my MG but nothing that has had airbags, or is it easier just to have the dealership take care of it?

Please let us know why you are changing the wheel in the first place.

Do not like the looks?
Feel hot, cold, uncomfortable, etc.?
It looks out of place in a sports car for your taste?

Any comments would be helpfull for future orders.

Thank you

I'm just not a fan of wood in the boxster
I like the look in many other vehicles but would prefer the stock one I just bought from RUF

the wood one feels fine. comfortable, its purely a personal aesthetic thing
