Oxygen Sensor Extension

Has anybody tried these O2 sensor extensions by fvd Bombacher? Claim they will stop annoying check engine light when you use a cat delete pipe or race cat.

I Havent but then not needed if you have the APR software,
turn on the engine,
just turn on the cruise control button,
move the cruise control down until the gas light blinks,
the check engine light will turn off putting the car in RACE/CAT DELETE mode,
turn off cruise control,
turn the car off then back on,
your ready to run.
All within seconds and no need to plug in a laptop

Haven't tried them, but that is one potential solution and as mentioned above, ECU tuning from some vendors like APR and Softronic are capable of eliminating the problem as well.

I think would be an inexspensive alternative for those who do not want to have ECU tuning done to thier car or don't have the $$. That all depends on, if they would actually work.
