Question help me out! exhaust vibration and weird noise sound clip inside

As I had no choice I had to put this on and I can feel vibration inside the cabin at idle. During cruise speed from 1000 ~ 2800 rpm. I get this horrible sound.
After 3000RPM it's fine. Oh I have a tip CS.

Download Sound clip 05.wav - Sound Upload

Difficult to tell from the sound clip you provided especially since we can't see what you're doing or what your RPM's are. However, based on the RPM range you referred in your post, it sounds like you have exhaust drone which some aftermarket exhausts inherently have. It might be something that you'll either have to live with, change your driving style to avoid staying in that RPM band or change your exhaust.

But, YMMV...

Is the sound internal? Does it come from the passenger side of the cabin?

Yes, I was driving very slowly with bad traffics 30 ~ 40 km/h. That sound only occurs when I apply the gas at lower RPM ranges. Here's another sound clip that might be more clear to hear. The were all taken inside in the cabin. Download Sound clip 08.wav - Sound Upload

There are some on this forum that have reported a buzzing/vibration coming from the passenger door panel/window area, I get it sometimes too. Also some people said in another thread it could be the back of the passenger seat hitting the plastic behind it, try moving it up a little.

I still think this is caused from the drone of after market exhaust.

Tiptronics and aftermarket exhausts do not generally mix well. Tips are pretty good at keeping the revs low, that is where many aftermarket exhausts have drone issues.

Get the porsche sport exhaust or Capristo with valves.

Funny enough the mechanic who worked on my car told me that the loudest and dronisest exhaust he had ever installed was the Capristo.
