After market door sill scuff plate?

Does anyone know of a more durable aftermarket scuff plate for the driver's door sill- this is the plastic piece that has the hatch buttons in it, NOT the one that says "Cayman S" on it. I can't help but drag my feet over it and scratch the thin finish coating, making it look awful. A pretty stupid place to put a poor wear surface for a bunch of 'smart' engineers!

Mine is getting messed up too and I was thinking about covering it with this carbon fiber wrap. I have to look at the piece a little closer to figure out how to get it off.
