Browsing e-bay and found this cayman S motor for sale. eBay Motors: 2007 Porsche Cayman S Motor (item 260259846039 end time Jul-14-08 09:24:45 PDT)
For those who need a spare, it seems ideal.

What does a 3.4 crate motor usually go for?

I suppose if you want to go from a 2.7 to a 3.4, here's your chance.

He says the 3.8 X-51 isn't enough motor for him!

I'm guessing that he's not on CC, but it would be interesting to know what kind of "custom motor" he's putting in his car.
