H&R Spring for 997 and Cayman

Do the 997 and Cayman use the same type of spring? So I can buy a H&R spring for 997 and fit it into a Cayman?

out of curiosity...how many inches of clearance do you get from your front lip off the ground? Is there a likelihood of getting scraps over speed bumps and carparks around the City?

I am quite sure that the 997 springs will NOT work on a Cayman...the 997 has its motor behind the rear wheels and the cayman in the middle...for sure the spring rates are way different; same thing in the front, the CS has more weight over the front wheels.

No, they're very different, although look the same to the eye... get the ones made for the Cayman or Cayman S.

i thought he was talking about boxster springs.
well, if you're comparing 997 and our car, it's totally different.

I Just Installed H&r Sport Springs On My 2006 Cs - I Ordered Them From Tire Rack (part# 54020). Had Sam At Protechnik In Houston Install Them. They Look Great And Ride Is A Litle Firmer, But Not Too Stiff. I'd Recommend For Anybody To Do.
