Bilstein PSS9 installation question

I've read and studied the installation articles, but I have a few questions:

I bought a used set of PSS9's and I'm double checking that I have all of the parts on hand before I start tearing into things. Are the items (4) shown in red OEM parts that have to be transfered over? The instructions for the fronts were pretty clear and it showed which parts were OEM and which weren't. But the instructions for the rear didn't show if any parts were being transferred over. The article states that some were (and there is a picture that shows the assembled strut) but I don't have any of the aftermarket parts if they aren't!
