Besides the Cargraphic headers, I also have the under drive pulley, IPD plenum with the 82 mm throttle body, Evolution intake and a de-snork. I'm expecting to install my cat-back within the next week or two.

In my opinion, Cargraphic headers quality is second to none and I would encourage you to call Road Sport Supply (one of our sponsors) and talk with Greg!

Hi Joe

Thanks for the heads-up. I already have the Cargraphic headers without cats and I am very satisfied with them. I am planning to try out their 200 cell catback. So essentially I am going to have the same system as yours but with the cats at the back (avoiding the abuse of being to close to the engine). Let's compare notes again afterwards to see whether there will be performance differences between your system and my system.

Cheers.

Hi guys, looks like i have to take back my statement, coz i suffered engine failure last week. turn out to be that the cats suffered the same problem as those of milltek in which the material is being 'blown' forward and damage the O2 sensor. now my engine is in limp mode and back over in the local agent workshop. pics will be posted.
Hope to hear some comments from fabspeed after the photos being posted.

Man I feel for you. Last time my Milltek blew up it didn't damage the O2 sensor. How come yours did? And when you took out your header the first time, you didn't see the blown bits?

I purchased Fabspeed cats back in April and both failed about a week ago.
I called them and they seem to be genuinely committed to correcting the situation ASAP, the only problem is they will not have the replacement cats in until mid September. I hope they have improved the structure of their catylist media as I am getting tired of pulling my headers. Until September I have my originals back on.

nope...its after the recent weeks, the car was like cutting off power...in the middle of CTE during peak hour traffic .. there is no way im going to accept a set of replacement headers , because i would not know if they will fail on me again.. i rather go back to stock headers or pay more for other brands.

I've had two sets of Fabspeed headers, and two cat failure/CEL/limp mode hassles in 14 months. OEM it is...

Not only that, they advertise that they use genuine tri-metallic cats (HJS brand?). If metallic cats can melt, and ceramic cats can crack, what's left for choice?
