Aluminum Front Lip Spoilers

For those of you who are thinking about buying the Porsche 'Aluminum Front Lip Spoilers', I purchased a set for my Croc so I thought I'd pass on my opinion to you other folks. Firstly, they aren't cheap, I paid about $340, secondly, you really have to look very carefully at the originals and the accessory spoilers to notice the difference, it's minimal and in my opinion not worth the price of the option. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't. Finally, depending on what your taste is, a better way to go might be to remove the originals along with the air intake ducts on the side of the cars and have them all painted a contrasting color of your choice which might look far nicer and the paint work would still cost less then the accessory Front lip spoilers on their own. Again, in this case, the juice isn't worth the squeeze, but to each his own.

Regards,

riamga

I agree riamga, as i have a Artic Silver Cayman S. The lip spoiler & side vents looks practically the same as the body color. I want to paint it Black, but now with the 07 Cayman having black lip spoiler, i will have to look for a different color. Any suggestions???
