Titanium Lug Bolts

I once found titanium lug bolts surfing around here. Does anyone remember who carries them?

Thanks.

So what do those lug bolts weigh and what do the stock ones weigh? What is the total savings? 1/8lb? 1/4lb? 1/2lb?

They are lighter than the standrad or chromed bolts, but, importantly, they don't rust.

That's why I'm interested. My 986s bolts started to rust after about a year. I have a friend who has them on his 997S and they look pretty good. I would ask him where he got them but he's in Iraq.

It's ALOT cheaper to just remove your lugs, paint and clear coat them. Save yourself the un godly amount of money for the Ti ones.

That would be a lot cheaper but how long do you think the paint and clear coat would last if I used a soft socket?

These are not titanium, they are just chromed:

They are on sale for $5.95/each I ordered a set. I can buy seven chrome sets and still have some money left over the titanium. They might be heavier, but I can live with that.
