has anyone replaced their headers with an after market? i know speedART, Supersprint and BillyBoat are selling headers for the Cayman...but i suspect speedART and Supersprint are Boxter headers and BillyBoat doesnt have a good reputation for HP gains.
The issue with headers is that the factory headers have the pre-cats at the end of them with an O2 sensor on either side, you either need a different cat here, or need to reprogram the ECU to not look for the sensors, neither of which come in the ones listed here.
Speedart's Power Kit II consists of headers, sport cats, a sport air filter and a sport exhaust/mufflerand reprograms the ecu. for predictable performance you are going to need to do a kit. as for actual hp gains...check their website and read through the forum, lots of posts on related topics. good luck...and let us know if you do it.

I had the opportunity to visit Billy Boat's shop and see & hear there test Cayman S... It was Amazing!!! Forget about what HP they made on other models, this is the real deal and the price is very competitive. Mine will be in soon. Just my 2 cents
GIAC tuning has been held up because of people on vacation at GIAC and a lack of availability of Garrett to do the tuning. Hopefully this will clear up soon.
