Hey Crocrr,

I certainly like the look of the silver crest. I'm awaiting an '07 Artic Silver CS and I think it will enhance the combination. Where did you acquire the silver crest, how much is it and how difficult is it to replace it?

Thanks,

Tracy

I did the silver crest on my hood and wheels a while back from Mr. Boothe. They look great on an AS car. The wheels crests though are best used on the original 18' wheels as opposed to the 19' because they are 60mm caps that will not recess on the 19s.

Hey Tracy. I got it from www.Bumperplugs.comfor $139.00. It goes well with the clear side markers.

Mine was an absolute bit*h to get off. The locking nuts have an adhesive behind it that makes it hard and the hole is small to get anything through but a slim needle nose plier or a hemostat. I finally ended up drilling the nuts out. Be very careful not to slip and damage the hood. Here are the instructions I used:

I looked all over, no luck. I asked Ralph and he said that he does not have the license to make it. I think that his no turn technology with the silver caps would be look great.
