Green INTERIOR LIGHTS

I am lookinf gor green interior lights( neon or leds) to run above my pedals on both sides. i bought a really cheap one off of ebay which was dumb. it runs strait from the battery any im worried that i will leave it on and it will kill the battery. i would spend the extra money to have a remote to turn the lights on and off. if anyone has any information or comments. all welcome.

Sapple 89 take the lights that you got and connect them using a fuse tap the "telephone mod" fuse, second row of fuses number 9 I believe, it's an orange 7.5 amp fuse. It is a switched powersupply and there is no way those lights draw more amps than that... - Suneet

What is the power ratings for the light? Yes, on the fuse box, on a switched fuse, they would turn on and off with the key. The LED kits I saw on ebay for interior lighting draw 2 milliamps so you could leave them in running and not actually drain your battery, but I'd still put them on a switched fuse; that set was like $15 and consisted of four LED's. - Suneet
