Does anyone know where I can buy black and white emblems? I am also looking for some (used) clear parking lights.

Bumper Plugs sells Black CS emblems, but used clear side markers?, The new ones are around $30.00 a pair.

Are you talking about clear sidemarkers, or the actual parking light bulb?

If it's the latter, don't change the amber bulb to clears - it's illegal and it'll get you ticketed. If you want sidemarkers, why buy used when you can get them for as little as $12 each brand new?
