Thanks, I did the garage over after I got my Cayman, It's not race deck brand flooring but the same thing. I put in new cabinets, lighting and a bunch of other stuff. We should start a thread on garages. Here is acouple of pics still awork in progress, but almost done

For those looking for seats, the same ones are now part of the group buy from RSR911 featured on the home page. Cost is around 719 euros each, that's about $900 each or $1800 per pair, a savings of $1100 !

I noticed that in the description of the RSR911 seats, it says "GT3 Style" seats. And it says they have CF backs. That tells me they are not real Recaro GT3 seats. Sounds like they are clones. If that is not the case, then I think the description needs to be be more clear. Also, at that price, what sort of mounting brackets are provided? The picture shows fixed mounts rather than Porsche sliders. These might be reasons why more people are not interested.

Food for thought ...

True I think some of these questions should be posed to RSR911 so that they answer specifically who makes the seats, what sliders are used, etc. The pics they sent me months ago aren't even of the leather ones but they told me in email they were the same as the GT3 seats just not with the Porsche crest logo so whether they are Recaro's or not I don't know. I'd invite you to pose that question in the topic thread and let someone from RSR911 answer it. I did point them to the topic thread earlier today and asked them to answer any questions that arose there.

I would rather go with Sparco seats for that price.
