Not being a net maven, I'm not sure exactly how the up & donwloads work, but ....
FWIW, for those taking their cars to Dynojet systems, you can ask for copies of the "xxxx_runx.dfr" file or
files generated for your car. Having just gotten a set of base configuration runs, I'd be happy to post the file to the list, or some one who want's to play around with the information can PM me with an email address to forward a copy to. You can view and, perhaps more interesting, actually overlay drf
files for different cars, configurations and tunes using Dynojet's viewer software which is available for free download at
http://www.dynojet.com/downloads/software.aspx
".... Be sure set up the run screen by selecting the dual graph on the top left and then pull down on the upper left hand side of the graph where it says "none" to power do the same on the right of the upper graph for torque. The lower left should have Air/fuel selected. That’s all there is to it. ...."
BTW, based on the dynojet software, those of us in the Denver area get to pay Cayman S prices for the thrill of driving only a base Cayman experience. Using 3rd gear for the base line pulls, the Cayman S on the Dynojet equipment will only put down a best of @ 213.66 bhp (uncorrected wheel power made at @ 5,370' on a 60 +/- degree day), and 182.41 #/ft torque. SAE corrected worked out to @ 258.31 bhp / 220.54 +/- With numbers like those, one probably doesn't really need a limited slip for the car :-)
Hum,.... I don't see the date run file extension, "drf" as an acceptable valid file extension under the "manage attachments" options. If K-man-S has a solution for posting the run file data let me know and I can pass the three
files along.
Cheers
