After some time off from PCA Club racing, We have been able to design and produce these items. all will ready for shiping next week. The underpulley slows things down by 20%, saving the overworked power steering pump. Several overheated failures have occured, also steering becomes slightly heavier, more feel. Windage tray helps reduce oil sloshing around, in the wet sump. Call stan@905-844-6219 or email stan@mantissport.ca.

Ernie,
I'm also curious about the new windage tray design and whether or not it will prevent the ingestion of oil into the intake side of the engine resulting in a cloud of smoke out the exhaust pipe. I know several of us have stumbled upon this "feature" of the Cayman's engine.

FWIW, sump extension with X51 baffle pan does NOT solve the oil ingestion prob. i tested it already.
Mantissport has been running a different oil seperator since Limerock. Its been working , no smoke at all, exhaust pipes colour is a brown/grey (no oil). Now we are going to release these once we make them street car friendly as right now it takes up abit room were the exhaust/mufflers are. Another few weeks, I am busy building Spec-1 cars (944), getting cayman ready for sebring(faster), 2 996 racers, couple of engine builds. Now we use the oil cooler pump to return oil dumped into the breather system back to the sump. Stay tuned.

Let me be second or third in line for this modification! I had a serious case of the dreaded "oil farts" at Sebring this weekend.
Keep us posted! There's a few of us with our checkbooks in hand waiting for guys like you to come up with the solutions!
I'm thinking you'll want to run a group buy on this item, let me know how I can assist you, just have Stan give me a call or call me yourself this week.
Yes, the oil separator would be great! I believe the oil ingestion is what is killing some of our cats. I'm sure Porsche will not replace a second set so I'd love to have the oil separator solution!

+1 for a group buy
