Hi, StatiX. I don't have any info on the Remus exhaust, sorry. But I do have this photo of their Cayman S solution:

I would suggest that you start with the ARTICLES section here that has installation and performance articles on the following exhaust systems:

Milltek
AWE
Fabspeed

All three of those have been proven to improve performance and are backed by sponsors of this site.

we recently put a remus on my buddied GT2. It sounds awesome. At that track (where a bunch of porches were running) a good many people commented that it was by far the best sounding porsche they had ever heard. Of course, he's making over 600hp with decenyt boost, so that helps too... but we were happy with both the sound and build quality of the remus.

StatiX,
The FILES section here as I pointed out before has video/audio of the AWE in different configurations. Also you might PM or Email Mike from AWE who is a member here asking him for the clip and letting him know you can't hear it on their website.

PorschePlayer,
Overpriced? by what measure? I haven't seen Remus first hand, I haven't seen how it installs, I haven't seen what materials they use, and I haven't seen it on a dyno. I could be plastic for all I know...

I've put expensive aftermarket systems on cars and seen a loss in power. Exhaust science is just that, science. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to go through the trouble and expense of putting an exhaust system on a car without being sure that it will be better than stock.

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a place where someone would document the collective experiences of other Cayman owners who have modified their cars? Think about it. We could collect dyno runs, installation experiences, personal opinions and customer satisfaction information all in one place. Hey, wait a second. There is such a place. I think it's called the www.CaymanClub.net.....!

Sorry man. Just being a wise $#@..... If you want to know what exhaust system to buy, you've come to the right place. Take a look at some of these posts and articles:

http://www.caymanclub.net/showthread.php?t=6721

Anyone want to give a long term reports on their aftermarket exhausts
