I saw the Cayenne GTS commercial and thought it would be a cool idea to make a Cayman version to promote caymanclub. It will be used on the net and very likely (if there are enough videos) the upcoming Mischeif movie. So here is what we need.

1. HD quality.
2. 2-4 seconds long, reving still shot.
3. Set on a tripod.
4. Clear picture of the car.
5. An artistc cool shot, any angle.
6. 1 video per member.
7. Must be done after sunset, clear weather.
8. Spraypaint a license plate the color of your car in gloss finish on the rear only, if your shot is from the rear.

Here is the porsche commercial to give you an idea, it can be in your garage, outside on the street under a streetlight, if you live near a major landmark be creative to show your car near it (statue of liberty, the UK Queens castle with royal guards, Golden Gate Bridge, Angel falls, Eiffel Tower, Leaning Tower of Pisa, etc.)

As someone responsible for the visual look of a lot of high end commercials, I would just like to point out that shooting after sunset with a normal camera is not going to give you very good footage.

Member footage (unless done by a photographer or cinematographer) will be grainy, underexposed and generally look like bad footage.
All those scenes in that commercial are highly doctored and shot with lots of extra lights.

Cool idea but:

1. What file format (MPEG, WMV, Quicktime, etc)?

2. 4:3 or 16:9 ?

3. Deadline?
