First Cayman in Las Vegas (NM)?

Had to vacate the house for a ladies brunch today so off to Las Vegas, NM in search of Mexican food and twisty roads.

Las Vegas is an old western town east of Santa Fe.

Shopped for boots while the locals admired the Cayman.

Time to go find the fun roads. Little bugs are out and smashing into my Cayman.

Back road are fun. Too much fun to stop for pictures.

Santa Fe,

Looks like a nice day... what, no giant hotels and casinos in your
Las Vegas?

When are going to come up to see me in Las Vegas NV
?

I finally got the paperwork to register the beast on yesterday, and as of 4pm PDT, (and 3 hours at the DMV) it's duly registered in the state of Nevada - I took it out for a quick blast afterwards - wow, I don't miss the turbo at all... what a great car. I'm really glad i got the sport shift on it - teeny, tiny throws...

Brad,

Is the sport shifter harder/notchier when cold as described in literature? Thank you...

Hossam,

I didn't have the time to drive the car for very long, but it seemed about the same throughout the time I was driving. I'm assuming it will loosen-up some with use, But I hope it doesn't loosen-up too much. It takes a little more effort than the normal shift was on my 996 turbo, but the throws are amazingly short. I really don't find it objectionable at all now... it's actually quite nice.
