I just picked up my '07 CS on Saturday for roughly 12% off MSRP. I worked off the dealer invoice. DI means different things to different dealers. There are cost real or not that they will try and add to the dealer invoice. I worked with a dealer who didn't try to play those games. At the your USA almost to what I paid for CS so, you should be getting a better deal than 10% of MSRP. I was quoted over the phone from Circle 15% off MSRP on a car after I put that number out there, problem was they came back with that on a heavy optioned CS that started at like $69k. Those are the standard options added to a dealer ordered lot car (PPA,573&692), True Dealer net is $46,573 + $860 destination(mine was included). Offer them $47k, at $48k they should bite but I'd hold out. There are other cars with those options. Check NoCal, I remember seeing a Red one up there. PS - I also got 6.25% rate from PofA for 5yr term.
