Are Caymans in Classified Section Selling?

I cannot get a gage for what the correct price for a used cayman is. I see asking prices 15% or so off of MSRP (but of course some better than this as well) and as the informed buyer knows you can sometimes get this much off on a NEW vehicle.

It does not "seem" like they are selling either. While I would be interested in a used cayman, the new prices with current MSRP dont seem to jive with the used prices. Obviously there needs to be a big knockdown once the car is pulled off the lot. Combine that with added miles, less time on warranty, and the discounts from MSRP and the prices should be much lower. So what am I missing?
