I am currently looking at a new 2008 Cayman S on the showroom floor. What percent off of sticker should I expect to get/negotiate?

You don't say where you're located. Here on the west coast people seem to get between 5-10% off MSRP on ordered cars. Back east people seem to post more 8-12% stuff. I found 7% easy to find.

You should be able to handle 15% off, just like me, and others in this forum, have.

The discount you can achieve depends on a lot of factors. A dealer with a lot of inventory, and a lot of nearby competition, is a good place to start. Also remember that the markup on options is much higher than the markup on the basic car. You can get a lot more off on a loaded car than you can on a base car.
