Need advice on offer for '06 CPO CS, Is this a Good Deal?

I have been a CS fan since it first was introduced. Have just reach the point of being able to pull the trigger on a CPO. Have just found this one at a price point I can afford. Just notice today they raise their price from $49,990 to $52,950, but when I sent an email after searching for it on Porsche's Pre-own search it had the price of $49,990. The price of $49,990 is still attached in the automatic reply they sent me.

Anyway, what do you guys think is a reasonable offer on this one? I think I should still consider the price to be $49,990. Is between $43 - $45k a reasonable offer?

2006 CPO CS
7900 miles
19" Carrera Classic Wheel
Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package
Bose Surround Sound System
Heated Front Seats
Leather Sport Seats
Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
Wheel Caps with Colored Crest

Thanks,
JJ

Have you seen and driven the car? Can you answer the questions raised in the FAQ here?

Have you looked at some of the websites that offer pricing for used cars (edmunds for example). What are other used Caymans going for in your area?
No sign of abuse or deferred service?
Quality before price is the best rule.
