A Big Thanks to Casey and Tischer Porsche

Hello all. I'm a new member to the caymanclub.net community, and I just ordered my Cayman S for June delivery. I'll be counting the days till it arrives, and in the mean time I'll be reading up on the forums.

First, I wanted to give a big thumbs up to Casey at Tischer Porsche. I got in touch with him through the forum, and I've had an excellent buying experience with him. From the very beginning he's been great and willing to go the extra mile in helping me get the car that I wanted and also in getting me a great price. I can say that compared to the buying experience with my last car and with other unnamed NOVA/DC/MD Porsche dealers, the Tischer treatment has been second to none.

Second, I wanted to thank everyone in this forum. Between caymanclub.net and Casey, there hasn't been a question I couldn't find the answer to. I haven't been an active poster because I HAVE learned to use the search function, and pretty much every question I ever needed has been addressed.

So if any of you are in the NOVA/DC/MD area and looking for a Cayman, call or PM Casey at Tischer.

So while I wait for my car to be built,

I got word today that the Tischer Porsche sponsorship check is in the mail and that their banner ad is ready so hopefully we will see them as an official sponsor here shortly.

I bought from Tischer and have nothing but good things to say about them too including the service dept!

When the time comes to buy another Porsche, I'll be back to them!

Not as excited as I am. I think April's project is to clean the garage out so we'll have room for all the cars!! Thanks again!

That's where I got my car and must say they've been pretty good so far. We'll see how it goes when I bring it in for a couple of warranty issues this spring.

And congrats on the new car!! Looking at their website, I see they still have an '06 available. Gotta think someone can get a pretty sweet deal on that.

Will do. By chance, were you one of the Porsche representatives at the auto show at the DC Convention Center (Sunday)?
