What type of coolant instead of Porsche coolant?

Here in Costa Rica I cannot get Porsche coolant.

I saw another tread like mine but just said a phosphate free coolant, but no specific brands.

Do I need glycol coolant?

What type of coolant do you guys recommend?
I need to flush the entire system.

I have heard people say the following are the oem for Porsche fluids,(I am not positive):

Especially suitable for alloy engines, Pentosin Antifreeze protects against corrosion and cavitation, does not foam, prevents lime formation and is neutral to different metals, rubber parts and sealing materials.

Pentosin Antifreeze

There are two types buy the one that is supposed to be lifetime(red).

Here are a few that you may want to look into. All are phosphate free coolant. I'm sure that there are more but this list should get you started.

Seirra Antifreeze
Zerex Extreme (I've used this in my BMW)
Zerex G-05
VW's coolant
Peak Global Lifetime
Prestone Extended-Life 5/150
