Does the clutch wear out quicker if changing gears at high rpms?

If changing gears at 6000 or 7000 a lot of the times the car is driven , will this wear out the clutch?

Its my Sunday drive for Mt twisty roads and track days car,so when I use it I go have fun with it, will this type of driving be bad for the clutch?

It depends on how you do the changing, if you slip the clutch they yes higher rpms will make it wear out faster, if you don't slip the clutch then no, the rpms will have only a small effect over the lifetime of the clutch. I inspected my clutch recently and at over 18,000 miles it looked brand new, but I don't slip or dump or abuse my clutch. I do shift at high rpms though when on track, etc.

Can you elaborate on "slipping the clutch".
Does that mean not pressing on the clutch pedal all the way when shifting gears?
