1. Front Caliper bolts - 63 lb-ft
2. Rear Caliper bolts - 63 lb-ft
3. Bleeder screw - 6 to 9 lb-ft

Please note that the brake caliper bolts are single use bolts (should not be re-torqued) that must be replaced each time the calipers are removed.

Also, it is best to use a proper flare nut wrench when breaking loose or setting the torque on the bleeder screws.

Cheers,

Thanks for the infomation.

Here is the reason why I am asking about the bleeder screw torque.

After I bleeded the brakes, I closed the screw, tighten it. When I am done with all calipers, I proceeded to check them by pushing the brake pedal very very hard with the engine off. Very hard means I push it all the way to the floor and I did it a few times.

Checked the screw again and I found the brake fluid splitted out a little bit (front), may be half a drop. Is that normal or I just shouldn't push it all the way to the floor?

Once the screw is tight zero fluid should leak when any amount of pressure is applied to the pedal. If fluid can get out then air can get in.

Are you sure that it was not residual fluid from the bleed?

If it is leaking you can first try to loosen the screw and re-torque, being very careful not to over tighten the screw.

If it still leaks then I suggest that you have a bad screw (easy to replace) or have somehow damaged the threads in the caliper (not likely).

Cheers,

I'll try again tonight without putting the rubber cap back and maybe I need to clean the thread on the screw. If not, I will replace them with new screw.

Thanks for your advice.
