Oil ingestion on intake side of engine?

What exactly does this mean?

When on a track would this happen? High G-cornering sustained in any direction?

oil got sloshed into intake throught oil/air separator.
it occurs to me at left hand high g turns. like T2 at laguna and T2 at thunderhill, no prob at sears point.

when i happens you get giant white puff of smoke out the exhaust. sometimes, you get power cut off for a nanosecond when the smoke puffs. other than that, it's fine.

and in rare occasions, when this happnes too often you go into limp mode. your rpm will cut out at 6200-6400rpm, however until then, you have full power and it drives fine. i kept on flogging it. you can reset it with dealers PIWIS computer or just disconnet the battery for a few min.
