There are so many choices and your only decider is going to be price. You can go with something nice and reasonable like Victor Equipment (which are specifically made for Porsches) all the way up to Champion, HRE and beyond. Did you go to the car configurator on the Tire Rack site? It can be linked off the Home page here. You can put your color on there and switch the wheels to get a feel for what you are looking for. What is your budget?

probably the newest wheel to the market: Techart's Forumula II, first time with a lip... wheel is available in black (or silver or anthracite) by Techart, but no pics of the black variant yet, it hasn't even hit wheelenhancement.
Options are countless though, Champion makes some great wheels, I love the classic 5 spoke HRE 545 and Iforged Aero too. The hardest decision is if you want multispoke or 5 spoke, then it gets easier from there. I'm a 5 spoke man myself.

*WITH* tires? You're joking, right? 19" tires will set you back at LEAST $1k - that gives you at most 3k for wheels or $750 a corner. No TPMS in that per corner price.
I'm afraid to do it right, you're going to have to knock over another couple more 7-11's
TPMS
TPMS - The Tire Pressure Monitoring System provides early warning of any drop in pressure by continuously monitoring the pressure in each tire and alerting you in the onboard computer display in the event of a pressure deficiency. It communicates the exact pressure of each tire and/or their deviation from ideal pressure. This does away with the need for regular air pressure checks at the service station, which often prove highly inconvenient.
Don't Forget, If you want to track the car you should go with 18's. You cant get decent track tires in 19'. I have the Champion RS98's. absolutly gorgeous but I have to get some 18's for my track work.. The Champions were 8K$
Champion RS98 Monolite Forged Wheel
The Champion RS98 Forged Monolite wheel is one of many forged wheels offered by Champion Motorsports. A special 18" version of the wheel is being built for Cayman Club members and you can read about the Group Buy by Clicking this Link.
WHATEVER you do......when you go on the less expensive side...do NOT...I repeat NOT.....go with a company called Highline Wheels, often found on Ebay and often also referred to as Modular Wheels (based in Miami Florida).
See other posts in this forum area on this company. I am dealing with them now...
