hex wheel bolts?

I saw some hex wheel bolts on a car last weekend similar to these but I can't find any in our m14x1.5 40mm with or without a ball seat.

Have any of you seen anything like that?

I've never seen anything like that before. What's the idea behind hex-wheel bolts? So you don't chew the corners off the lug bolts if you remove wheels frequently?

Exactly, I swap wheels every couple of weeks for track rubber and the factory gray bolts are getting to look pretty old. I found some padded sockets but the internal design seems better.

I found the bolts from the car I saw, apparently ferrari supplies titanium hex head bolts with some of their cars at a cost of $2240
